I had a craving for salmon, not to smoke too much, I ruled out the option of cooking it on the grill.
- 2 slices of salmon;
- olive oil;
- lemon juice;
- salt;
- pepper.
- Rice
- 150 g Thai rice;
- 2 + 1/2 measures of water;
- salt;
- pepper.
Servings: 2
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Baked salmon & Thai rice:
Wash, wipe the fish with a clean towel.
Season with salt and pepper.
Grease a pan with olive oil, place the salmon and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Boil the rice in water + salt.
After boiling, add the sauce that resulted from the preparation of the salmon. Season with pepper.
