For an extra flavor, I added in this cake with apples and a little apple essence with cinnamon from Cosel. I like it because it has a wonderful aroma and gives the dish the taste of cinnamon apple without being pregnant. 225 g yogurt
200 g sugar
150 ml oil
450 g flour
4 eggs
1/2 sachet baking powder
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
grated lemon or orange peel

Preparation cake:
Fry the eggs together with the sugar and vanilla sugar for about 5 minutes. Add to this composition orange peel or lemon (I used the orange one). Gradually add the yogurt continuing to mix, then add the oil and flour in which we mixed with baking powder continue to mix until everything is homogeneous. Pour the resulting composition in the form of guguluf (but you can also use the form of cake or sweet bread) which I greased with a little oil and wallpapered with semolina.

Bake cake until it is nicely browned initially over high heat then reduce the heat to low (preheat the oven). We test with the toothpick and then take it out cake, and we turn it on a grill where we will let it cool.

The apple puree is made from 2 apples that are peeled and boiled in water for about 2-3 minutes, until slightly softened. Drain the water and pass through the blender. Allow to cool.

Mix the chopped hazelnuts with sugar, cocoa, grated chocolate, flour and melted butter.

Mix the butter with the oil and sugar, add the eggs, mixing in turn. Add the apple puree mixed with the yogurt and then the flour mixed with baking soda, baking powder and cocoa. Mix all ingredients well to result in a soft dough. Grease a form with oil and cover with caster sugar. The sugar gives shine to the cake and is even easier to remove from the form. )

Pour half of the dough composition, put the filling, pour the rest of the dough, and put the chopped hazelnuts on top.

Put the tray in the oven for 25-30 minutes. The check is tested if it is made with a toothpick.

3. Prepare another large bowl. I took out the plums from the plums, weighed 100 grams and cut them into 3 each. I also cut into 3 dehydrated apricots. I also added raisins. Apples being with a slightly shiny (dubious) skin after washing, I peeled them.   • 400 gr. - flour
  • 250 ml. - warm water
  • 150 gr. - jam (not with large pieces)
  • 150-200 gr. - sugar (depending on how sweet you like it)
  • 80 ml. - sunflower oil
  • 30 gr. - cocoa
  • 50 gr. - 70% chocolate drops
  • 50 gr. - finely chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon grated - baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons - baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon - table vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon - vanilla essence
  • A pinch of salt

Method of preparation:

  1. Put in a bowl the solid ingredients, namely: flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, a little salt and mix.
  2. Take another bowl and pour in it lukewarm water, raspberry jam or jam of any kind, sugar, oil, table vinegar, vanilla essence and mix for about a minute or until the sugar melts a little.
  3. Add the solid ingredients to the liquid mixture and mix until everything is incorporated and they are no longer lumpy.
  4. At the end, add the finely chopped walnuts and the dark chocolate drops, incorporate them into the dough.
  5. Take a baking tray with a diameter of 20 cm. wallpapered at the base with baking sheet and grease it with oil. Turn the dough over in the pan and level it evenly.
