They are very simple to make and are ideal for use in soups
- 500 gr hot peppers
- enough vinegar to cover the peppers in the jar
- peppercorns
- 2 cloves of garlic

Wash the jar and fill it with peppers, arranged lengthwise, add a few peppercorns and 2 cloves of garlic. Then we pour vinegar over them, enough to cover the jar.
Close the jar tightly. We use them only after about 2-3 weeks. Vinegar is very good for soups.
