cups fresh baby spinach

jar (6 oz) Progresso™ marinated artichoke hearts, drained

package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

cup grated Parmesan cheese

slices cooked bacon, coarsely chopped (1/2 cup)

box (6.5 oz) Annie’s™ organic buttery rich classics crackers, as desired

In food processor, process spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, garlic and hot sauce. Measure 1 tablespoon of the chopped bacon, and reserve. Add remaining bacon to processor; process 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until mixture is smooth.

Spoon mixture into serving bowl; top with reserved bacon, and serve with crackers.
Expert Tips
- This dip can be made ahead and stored in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for 2 days.
- To soften cream cheese, just microwave unwrapped cream cheese in microwavable bowl uncovered on High 10 to 15 seconds.
