In order to maximize profit, shaorms must - of course - be prepared in large numbers per unit of time. Hence the most common shortcoming: poorly made meat. This overloads the stomach and can cause toxiinfections. In addition, the ingredients are chosen - in general - according to the criterion of the lowest price. Therefore, the meat may be of poorer quality and close to the expiration date. Another category of ingredients that clearly suffers from the need to minimize costs is pickles (in this case cucumbers).

Alternative The tastiest and most important, healthy shaorma on the market is homemade shaorma.

Preparation tips: Heat the glue a little in a non-stick pan, without greasing the pan with oil. Instead, sprinkle the glue with a little extra virgin olive oil.
