Dissolve the yeast in warm water together with the sugar.
Let it sit in a warm place for 15 minutes, until it swells and becomes frothy.
In a bowl put flour, make a hole in the middle and add: egg yolk, butter, salt and yeast.
Crush everything with your fingers until you get a dough like breadcrumbs.
Add the sour cream and start to knead the dough well for 5 minutes.
Then cover the dish and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Divide the dough into 4 pieces.
On the worktop sprinkled with flour, spread a thin sheet of about 5 mm from each piece.
Cut the sheet on the edges with a knife to get a rectangle.
Cut the sheet into narrow strips using a knife.
Then grease the sheet with beaten egg with a pinch of salt and sprinkle over some sesame, over others dried oregano (I combined the sesame with oregano, they came out great!) Then place them in a tray lined with baking paper.
Put the tray in the preheated oven until nicely browned.
Keep in pots.
It can be served with a cold beer.
