Soft butter is mixed with sugar, vanilla sugar and honey. Add the egg and mix, then salt powder, flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon powder. At first, mix slowly, then knead the crust until the dough becomes non-sticky. Form a ball of dough, which is placed in a foil and placed in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
After this time, turn on the oven to heat.
Put a baking paper on the work table, flour it and spread as thin a part of the crust as possible with a rolling pin. The biscuits are cut with a round metal shape, and with the help of a special stamp a pattern is formed on them, by pressing. Remove the excess crust and form other biscuits if necessary. Slowly bake the baking paper in a tray, then place it in the oven until the biscuits are nicely browned. Meanwhile, prepare other biscuits from the remaining dough until it is finished and proceed in the same way.
