I made this cake for you chefs who supported me to win the beautiful prize in the Mister DeSendvis contest, for the jury of extraordinary people, for my family and friends who were with me, thank you from the bottom of my heart dear friends, thank you Chef and Delaco: *

  • For the 2 countertops:
  • 4 eggs
  • 40 gr of cocoa
  • 200 gr of dark chocolate
  • 200 gr butter
  • 150 gr flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 200 g of sugar
  • For the filling:
  • 500 ml liquid cream
  • if the whipped cream is not sweet, you can use 100 gr of powdered sugar
  • 10 Oreo biscuits

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes


Melt the broken chocolate together with the butter in the microwave or in a bain marie.

Beat eggs with sugar until white.

Incorporate the chocolate and melted butter when they have cooled.

Add the dry ingredients: cocoa, baking powder, salt and strained flour. Mix everything well.

Grease the forms of Oreo countertops with oil or butter, pour in them the obtained composition and put them in the preheated oven at 180 ° c.

Meanwhile, beat the liquid cream with the sugar, then add the broken Oreo biscuits in the pieces, mix lightly.

After the tops are baked and cooled, add the whipped cream and let it cool.
