Chicken breast and liver are boiled in salted water separately. Collect the foam, and when it is ready, drain the water and leave it to cool.

This chicken fillet is perfect to replace the lamb one, a dish specific to the Easter holidays, a recipe that I remember step by step and I don't think there is a better one like this.

The grandparents from Transylvania were specialists in the preparation of goodies from lamb and did not conceive that at Easter, the lamb would be missing from the table, from soup, steak, drob and fresh sheep's milk curd.

The lamb did not always have to weigh 10-11 kilograms to be good to eat. He had to cut himself directly on Saturday in the yard and his grandfather was in charge of it, then he cut the pieces of meat and took them to his grandmother who took care of him.

In Transylvania, the drob was an expected specialty and was made from the organs of the lamb plus the meat from the head and from around the ribs of the lamb (from the belly more precisely, the meat from the ribs went to the soup.

But what if we don't eat lamb ?! We make chicken fillet and we can also be prepared for the holidays with traditional dishes.

I can say without false modesty that I have not eaten better than this and it is the recipe that I would never change. Finely chop the liver and meat with a knife, all of which give a touch of elegance to the dish!

Ingredients:

  • 700 g of chicken liver
  • 500 g chicken legs
  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 bunches of green onions
  • 1 bunch of green garlic
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

Wallpaper a cake tray with baking paper measuring 10/25 cm.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Peel the onion and garlic, remove the dried leaves and roots, then chop them finely.

Finely chop the onion and fry it in oil with a little salt until the excess liquid evaporates.

Put a pot of water to heat and boil the liver for 5-6 minutes. Let cool.

We take out the pieces of liver out on a kitchen towel to drain well of the excess water.

Cut the liver into cubes of about 1/1 cm.

We cut the chicken breast into cubes of about 1/1 cm.

Chop the chicken legs with a knife as small as possible or put them in a blender and thus we will obtain a pasty composition.

Put all the ingredients in a bowl, season with salt and pepper.

Pour the composition into the cake pan and beat it well to bind and remove any air bubbles. On top we give the wavy shape like a raised cake.

Bake for an hour, then take the tray out and let it cool in the baking tray.

After cooling, we turn the tray over, drain the excess liquid and place it on a plate, then let it cool so that it can be cut more easily. That was for today, from here I can only wish you good luck and good appetite!


Chicken liver & # 8211 a tasty recipe, to everyone's liking

If you don't like lamb, but you still want to prepare a dish for the Easter meal, you can replace it with chicken organs. You will get a very tasty drob, which will surely be to everyone's liking.

Ingredient:

  • 1 kg pipette, chicken hearts, 2 green onion bundles
  • 4 large onions, 2 bunches of parsley
  • 2 dill bundles, 5 raw eggs, 3 boiled eggs
  • 6 tablespoons sunflower oil, salt and pepper

How to prepare chicken fillet?

We will put in a pot of water, to boil, the chicken organs and a little salt. From the moment they start to boil, they are left on the fire for about half an hour. We have to take the foam from time to time. When the organs have boiled and softened, remove from the water and leave to cool.

Heat the liver in a pan with hot oil (do not add salt because it will strengthen the liver). When the liver has hardened enough, remove from the pan. Chop the 4 large onions and heat them in the oil in which I hardened the liver. Now we can add a pinch of salt. When the onion has hardened, add the finely chopped green onions to the pan. Leave the pan on the fire until the green onion softens.

When it is ready, take it off the heat, put the onion in a bowl and leave it to cool. In the meantime we can beat the 5 raw eggs. When the chicken organs are cold enough, cut them into cubes and place them in a bowl. Add chopped greens (dill and parsley), hardened onions, beaten raw eggs and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything very well.

We pour half of the composition obtained in a cake form, lined with baking paper. Then put boiled eggs in the middle and add the remaining composition on top. Then put the dough in the oven heated to 170 degrees for about 40 minutes. Good appetite!


Chicken for Easter - quick recipes for chicken for people with liver, pancreas or stomach problems

People who have problems with their liver, pancreas or stomach can replace the lamb from the traditional Easter cake with chicken.

Ingredients for chicken fillet - quick recipe: 500 grams chicken liver, 500 grams chicken hearts and pipettes, a red pepper, 3 bundles of green onions, a bunch of green garlic, two bundles of dill, two bundles of parsley, optional larch (if you like the taste), 3 eggs whole raw + one egg yolk, optionally 5 hard-boiled eggs for interior decoration (you can without them and it is healthier), salt and pepper.

Be careful, if you want to use commercial spices for drob, do not add salt.

I struggled to make this chicken liver recipe. I forgot to take one or the other and that's how I kept postponing it. It is not just a chicken fillet for the Dukan diet, it is a lighter version of chicken that does not contain fried foods, so I recommend you try it. Again the chief taster was my husband. He had warned me not to go for a drink, but when he tasted it he couldn't stop and we both laughed.

Attack Phase, Cruise, Consolidation

- 600 gr pipote + chicken hearts

- a green onion tie (5 strands)

-1/2 green parsley link

- 3 boiled quail eggs (can also be chicken) & # 8211 optional

Clean the pipettes and hearts thoroughly of fat and put them to boil. In a separate pot, boil the liver. When they are both boiled, let them cool for 5 minutes, then put them together in a blender and blend them until they become a paste.
