  • 200 ml liquid cream (vegetable)
  • 270 gr white flour
  • 100 gr powdered sugar
  • frying oil

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Croutons:

Mix whipped cream with flour and a little powdered sugar.

We obtain an elastic dough that we spread on the work table in thin sheets.

Using the spur, cut the crusts to the desired shape and then fry them in hot oil on both sides until they are nicely browned.

Remove from oil on absorbent napkins.

Put the rest of the powdered sugar in a bag, place warm crusts on top of the sugar, shake the bag gently so that the sugar sticks to them, then take them out on a plate and serve.
